HOW TO DISPLAY GOOGLE PLUS NOTIFICATIONS ON DESKTOP

Google is seriously giving Facebook a tough competition with their Plus™ social network. For those that have not heard of it before, Google Plus is a social network that offers "more" features than Facebook to the best of my knowledge.
